We love this gingerbread recipe and when we bake this particular recipe at Gingerbread HQ the scent that fills every corner of building is quite simply amazing. Using only the very highest quality of ingredients we have succeeded in creating the ultimate gingerbread recipe which has become our signature recipe and one that the entire team is so proud of. The spice blend delivers that famous gingerbread kick, that combination of aroma and tastebud tingling. To give texture and bite to the biscuit we have incorporated lemon and orange peel along with crystalised ginger pieces. This recipe is baked into the classic form of the gingerbread man and the retail packs are attractively packed into 2 x 50g gingerbread, handsomely tagged with a Hawkens Gingerbread retail tag which carries all of the retail information on the front including the biscuits tasting notes and all of the required nutritional and allergen information on the rear. Each wholesale case is packed into a retail SRP for immediate retail.
Shelf life:- 6 months from the date of production. Minimum shelf life to customer of 4 months.
