This gingerbread recipe is amazing. Using only the very highest quality of ingredients we have succeeded in creating the perfect flavour combination of chocolate and orange, which has sometime been so popular in the confectionary world. The gingerbread has a warming spice blend that has been created to not overpower the natural orange flavour and rich chocolate taste of the 100% cacao that we use. To give texture and bite to the biscuit we have incorporated lemon and orange peel along with crystalised ginger pieces. This recipe is baked into the classic form of the gingerbread man and the retail packs are attractively packed into 2 x 50g gingerbread, handsomely tagged with a Hawkens Gingerbread retail tag which carries all of the retail information on the front including the biscuits tasting notes and all of the required nutritional and allergen information on the rear. Each wholesale case is packed into a retail SRP for immediate retail.
