This gingerbread recipe is amazing and to some is what real gingerbread is all about. Using only the very highest quality of ingredients we have succeeded in creating the perfect flavour combination of Christmas Gingerbread. The gingerbread spice blend in this recipe has a gradual heat that delivers a beautiful kick to the tastebuds and can be best described as being a warming spice blend that taste amazing but does not overpower. To give texture and bite to the biscuit we have incorporated lemon and orange peel along with crystalised ginger pieces. This recipe is baked into the classic form of the gingerbread man and the retail packs are attractively packed into 2 x 50g gingerbread, handsomely tagged with a Hawkens Gingerbread retail tag which carries all of the retail information on the front including the biscuits tasting notes and all of the required nutritional and allergen information on the rear. Each wholesale case is packed into a retail SRP for immediate retail.
Shelf life:- 6 months from the date of production. Minimum shelf life to customer of 4 months.
